In summary, the LTC2262 family of pin-compatible high speed ADCs offer up to 150Msps in 12-bit and 14-bit resolutions. Operating from a 1.8V supply, these ADCs consume one-third the power of comparable ADCs of the same sample rate and resolution. Ultra low power consumption is achieved without compromising performance. At 14 bits, the SNR is better than 73dB and at 12 bits, the SNR is greater than 70.5dB. Spurious free dynamic range is equal to or better than 85dB at baseband. The built-in features for reducing digital feedback include alternate bit polarity mode and the data output randomizer, which have been shown to improve SFDR performance by 10 to 15dB.
