This concludes our Part-2 CAN Basics course. You learned what each type of Message Frame is and does and gained understanding of the details of a Data Frame. You also learned about bus errors and discovered the two main types of CAN hardware strategies used to build CAN-based systems. Besides the Part-1 CAN Basics course that provides an introduction to CAN technology, other courses on CAN technology are available. They explain the API for Renesas microcontrollers with CAN capabilities and provide helpful information on designing CAN-based multiprocessor systems.
