The closest device to the LTC7150S in the portfolio is the LTC7130. The LTC7130 is not a Silent Switcher device, further it utilizes a different architecture that is constant frequency peak current mode control vs the monolithic LTC7150S’s controlled on-time valley current mode control. The LTC7150S has wider voltage ranges, higher switching frequency, faster minimum on-time, can be directly paralleled up to 12 phases without an external clock chip, and comprises a smaller footprint. The LTC7130 has higher voltage output accuracy and current limit accuracy, which is good for low DCR sense applications. The LTC3613 is also a synchronous buck regulator like the LTC7130, but is capable of 15A output current.
