In summary, the LTC7150S is Analog Device’s highest current monolithic Silent Switcher® 2 synchronous buck regulator. It is capable of 20V input and can deliver 20A to the load while switching at up to 3MHz. It uses a phase-lockable controlled on-time current mode architecture to achieve large step-down ratios at high switching frequencies to deliver high power density outputs. Its Silent Switcher® 2 technology with integrated bypass capacitors delivers excellent EMI/EMC performance while easing board layout. PolyPhase® operation allows multiple LTC7150S regulators to run in parallel which reduces the amount of input and output capacitance required.
