RECOM High Isolation Asymmetric Output DC/DC converters for SiC MOSFETs | DigiKey Daily

RECOM has recently introduced two new 2W DC/DC converter series especially designed to power SiC MOSFETs. The modules are available with input voltages of 5, 12, 15, or 24VDC with two asymmetric outputs of +20VDC and -5VDC. A special feature of these converters is output power sharing: they can be used with asymmetrical current or asymmetrical power loads. The modules offer 3kVDC, 4kVDC, and even 5.2kVDC isolation, efficiency up to 87%, optional continuous short circuit protection, and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C to stand up to even the harshest tests. The RKZ Series of 2W DC to DC Converters are certified to IEC/EN60950 and UL60950 standards and come with a 3-year warranty.
