ADI's Low-Noise RF Amplifiers Product Overview | DigiKey Daily

DigiKey Daily previews ADI's low-noise RF amplifiers, HMC753LP4E, for applications needing high frequency, low power data transmission. The wide band LNA's in a 4x4mm SMD package provide a gain of up to 16.5 dB between 1 and 11 gigahertz while consuming 1/4W of power from a 5V supply. Analog Devices's LNA's offer easy integration with their 50 ohm matched inputs and outputs.
