TS881ICT Rail-to-Rail 5 V Nanopower Single Comparator

STMicroelectronics' TS881 device is a single comparator featuring ultra-low supply current (210 nA typical with output high, VCC= 1.2 V, no load) with rail-to-rail input and output capability. The performance of this comparator allows it to be used in a wide range of portable applications. The device minimizes battery supply leakage and therefore enhances battery lifetime in the application.

The TS881 offers industry-leading power consumption and speed/current ratio for longer battery life. It is compatible with supply voltages as low as 0.9 V over a wide temperature range, enabling longer operating times with smaller batteries. The push-pull output circuitry reduces power consumption to the absolute minimum when driving any capacitive or resistive load.
