JTP Series (VC)TCXOs

Jauch Quartz's JTP series of TCXOs offers users an ultra-tight stability of ±50 ppb over an operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C and short-term stability (ADEV) of 0.1 ppb max and 0.05 ppb typical. The HCMOS output is available with a 15 pF load and 3.3 V supply voltage with a current consumption of 10 mA max. The aging per day is ±10 ppb max, and standard aging over one year is ±1 ppm. Clipped sine output is available with a 10 pF normal load and has 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, and 3.3 V supply voltages with a current consumption of 3.0 mA max. The aging per day is ±0.02 ppm max, and standard aging over one year is ±1.0 ppm. Typical phase noise performance is -145 dBc/Hz at 1kHz and -159 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz. Other stabilities, ±100 ppb and ±280 ppb, are available over both the extended operating temperature range and the industrial -40°C to +85°C range.

The JTP series is available in industry-standard, 4-pad, 7050/5032/3225 packages and has a frequency range of between 9.6 MHz to 50.0 MHz. The common frequencies of 10.0 MHz, 19.2 MHz, 20.0 MHz, and 38.88 MHz are fully developed and stocked. Voltage control options are available so that users can control the frequency drift to compensate for the aging of the crystal and other circuit conditions with choices of either ±5 ppm, ±8 ppm or ±5 ppm to ±10 ppm, ±8 ppm to ±12 ppm, ±8 ppm to ±13 ppm, or ±10.0 ppm to ±15.0 ppm.

The JTP series is designed to be used in 5G, critical IoT, industrial automation, and GNSS applications. These include femto, pico, micro and macro small cells, front/mid/backhaul, remote radio heads/units, and test and measurement. With extended operating temperature and ultra-tight stability, the JTP series is ideal for demanding environments and applications requiring an ultra-stable frequency where maybe due to power consumption and size restraints, an OCXO cannot be used.
