The MSP430i20xx and DAC8760 forms a complete 4-20 mA loop powered sensor transmitter solution. The i2040 performs linearization and sends the scaled signal to the DAC. The DAC8760 is a single chip solution that combines DAC + XTR family to control the 4-20 mA loop.
