T-Global PCMs series PCM20 is a material which is supplied as a solid pad and then softens and flows when a critical temperature is reached (50 ~ 60 ⁰C). When the material flows it fills voids and interstices on the surface and therefore gives a lower thermal resistance between mating surfaces.
