LI-2000 is a thermally conductive adhesive tape used to provide both mechanical attachment and thermal transfer. It has a thermal conductivity of 1.2 W/mk and a high dielectric breakdown voltage. It is for this reason that it is commonly used in gaming systems, consumer devices, and wireless units.
