To evaluate co-planarity and bonding strength, Rohm performed an experiment to mount PMDTM parts onto PMDS Land Pattern. The results show that there was no abnormalities in co-planarity from top view or side view. The bonding strength of mounting the PMDTM diode easily achieve the EIAJ Standard.
