This is the package and code Flash memory capacity line-up of RL78/G22 and RL78/G23. RL78/G22 covers lower pin counts and smaller memory lineup below RL78/G23. The smallest package size is 3mm x 3mm, 16-pin HWQFN and 25-pin WFLGA. Furthermore, G22 is fully pin compatible with RL78/G13.
