The LinkSwitch-II is available in the P package (DIP-8C), G package (SMD-8C), (LNK6x6 only), and D package (SO-8C). As shown in the figures, these packages use four source pins on one side for optimized thermal resistance and three pins on the opposite side to increase creepage distance and reliability.
