The sensor head is available in either a standard accuracy part with resolution down to 0.5µm or high precision type with accuracies down to 0.1µm. Both offer a 10mm measurement range and can be chosen with a standard force displacement of 1.5 newtons or a extremely low force type of 0.35 newtons.
