The KA comes in 6-pin DFN, 8-pin SOIC, and 8-pin PDIP packages. The 6-pin DFN package is the smallest footprint with dimensions of 3mm x 3mm and can be used in RF based designs. The 8-pin narrow body SOIC and the 8-pin DCIP are 4mm x 4mm and feature one general purpose I/O pin.
