The SA605 or SA615 are high performance mixer FM IF systems and are available in a S020 packages while the SA605DK/01 and SA615DK/01 are in smaller SSOP20 packages. The SA605D is the one package equivalent to the SA602AD + SA604AD. The SA605 contains the mixer and SA604A IF subsystem.
