C_S is the parasitic capacitance of the device. Like I_S, it is specified for both ON and OFF states. This inherent capacitance of the switch can impact the bandwidth of the switch, as well as the OFF isolation, the transfer accuracy, and can also cause potential crosstalk across the switch.
