The LTC3892/-1 are ideal for double battery automotive, truck and heavy equipment applications that need a 60V input voltage rating and a low quiescent current. In addition, the LTC3892/-1 can be used in industrial, factory automation and avionic applications that need a higher input voltage rating to survive transient voltages from noisy bus voltages that can be as high as 60V. Furthermore, the LTC3892/-1 can be used in non-isolated telecom and datacom apps operating from a nominal 48V bus voltage.
