Product List
With multi-way drivers the output from each driver may combine in ways that cause unwanted artifacts including unintended peaks and valleys and intermodulation distortion. A crossover network will greatly reduce these problems and provide cleaner, more pleasing sound. Taking a two-way driver as an example, the crossover is designed to provide high-pass filtering on the tweeter and low-pass filtering on the woofer. If the woofer high frequency response is already low enough, the crossover can be a simple high-pass filter on the tweeter.
