The WPJ contacts are designed to accommodate 18AWG to 22AWG wire with either standard or thin insulation. The contacts are tin-plated over a copper alloy base material. To help prevent damage and increase reliability, the contacts are designed to withstand unintentional and irregular insertion methods.
