This chart displays device ESL data obtained using a precision microwave test setup. X2Y® devices typically have 1/10th the ESL of standard MLCCs and 33% lower ESL then eight terminal interdigitated capacitors. Also, unlike MLCCs, X2Y® ESL does not increase as the case size increases.
