Different cable assemblies can control overall mated height. By using a 1mm or 0.81mm cable assembly, heights go to 1.55mm or 1.85mm with both plugs utilizing a common W.FL-R-SMT-1 receptacle. Note that the mated heights are nominal heights and do not account for any solder paste thickness.
