HS Series joysticks may be specified as either a 2-way, 4-way, or 5-way switching joystick. 2-way operation provides a switching function in one axis, 4-way provides the function over two axes. 5-way operation is accomplished with the inclusion of the microswitch in the Option 6 pushbutton handle.
