Renesas ProXO Series Oscillators | DigiKey Daily

Renesas offers their ProXO series of oscillators. This family of oscillators is designed for enterprise-level equipment that demands very low-noise, stable, and accurate timing and clock sources. These devices are available in a wide frequency range from 15 megahertz to 2100 megahertz.

Their typical phase jitter is 120 femtoseconds over 12 kilohertz to 20 megahertz bandwidth. Also, these oscillators have stabilities as tight as plus-or-minus 25 ppm from minus 40 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius, and plus-or-minus 50 ppm from minus 40 degrees Celsius to 105 degrees Celsius. These devices operate at three different supply voltages with several package options to choose from. Ideal applications include wireline networks, optical network gearboxes, data centers, and 10G, 40G, 100G and 400G Ethernet.
