As shown on this performance comparison table of NXP’s MMIC products, this portfolio contains amplifier devices that operate across a wide frequency range from DC to 6000MHz, offering superior gain up to 26dB, and outstanding noise factors as low as .6dB. As noted in the last column, these devices are available in varying packages. The amplifiers already in production have a wide range of supply currents and low thermal resistances. In addition, the new MMIC devices available soon will have substantially lower noise parameters, less than 2dB.
