STMicroelectronics' TSZ121 series of high-precision operational amplifiers offer very low input offset voltages with virtually zero drift in space-saving packages. Their outstanding performance eliminates costly production trimming and offers excellent stability of accuracy to end-users even in environments with varying temperatures.
TSZ amplifiers are optimized for low-voltage operation with single or dual supplies as low as +1.8 V (±0.9 V) up to +5.5 V (±2.75 V). These micropower op amps are available with a variety of options: single, dual, or quad versions (TSZ121, TSZ122, or TSZ124, respectively), various packages, and industrial or automotive grade devices.
- Very high accuracy and stability: offset voltage 5 µV max at 25°C, 8 µV over full temperature range (-40°C to 125°C)
