This 4 Mbit device with SPI interface runs at 10 MHz and keeps a short programming time of 5 ms while increasing page size to 512 bytes. Flexible and intensive datalog function is also facilitated with four million erase/write cycles per byte and overall one billion cycles per device. M95M04-DR devices have the benefit of high-reliability qualification and are available in SO8N, TSSOP, and WLCSP option engineering samples.
