STMicroelectronics' ACEPACK DRIVE power modules are tailored for hybrid and electric vehicles’ traction inverters. These power modules are characterized by a very compact design with a six-pack configuration. The silicon carbide 3rd generation power MOSFETs guarantee a very low RDS(ON), limited switching losses, and outstanding performances in synchronous rectification working mode. All these features ensure superb efficiency in the final application, maximizing the mileage range of electric vehicles.
