ADPx80120W3 Traction Inverter for Hybrid and Electric Vehicles

STMicroelectronics' ACEPACK DRIVE power modules are tailored for hybrid and electric vehicles’ traction inverters. These power modules are characterized by a very compact design with a six-pack configuration. The silicon carbide 3rd generation power MOSFETs guarantee a very low R_DS(ON), limited switching losses, and outstanding performances in synchronous rectification working mode. All these features ensure superb efficiency in the final application, maximizing the mileage range of electric vehicles.
