The surface-mount ABS/Z4 package is leadless, low profile, and ideal for high-speed surface-mount process. It is 14% thinner than a traditional ABS package and a direct drop-in to ABS land pattern.

The Z4GP2 series feature low power loss, high efficiency, and is capable of handling high currents. The parts are REACH- and RoHS-compliant, halogen-free, and lead-free.
