Designers are often concerned about radiated noise. Since the TPS84620 houses the inductor which is switching at a fairly high frequency, it is important to verify the radiated noise. The TPS84620 meets EN55022 Class B radiated emissions as shown on the two plots. The plot on the right is for a 5V input and the plot on the left is for a 12V input. These results also indicate that a quality inductor is used.
