Welcome to the Analog Devices DS168x All Silicon Elapsed Time and Event Counters product training module. There are numerous applications that require electronic counting of events like power-on/off cycles or elapsed time for warranty and/or preventative maintenance notification. This presentation will introduce two single-chip solutions from Analog Devices for these problems, without requiring any external timing components.
