To help designers minimize the thickness of smart watches, C&K offers a variety of miniature and ultra-miniature Tact switches. For assembly direct to the circuit board, designers can use the KMR series with a footprint of 4.2 mm x 2.8 mm. For cost sensitive applications where IP level sealing is not required, C&K offers the PTS810 and PTS820 series with footprints of 4.2 mm x 3.2 mm and 3.9 mm x 2.9 mm respectively. With footprints ranging from 3 mm x 2.6 mm for the KMT0 to 3 mm x 2 mm for the KXT3, C&K’s Tact switches are the ideal choice when folded flexible circuit are used. All switch options are SMT for high speed automated assembly processes.
