Renesas’ F2912 SPDT RF switches are ideal solutions for RF front-ends and many wireless and RF applications. Offering low insertion loss over a broad frequency range, the easy-to-use F2912 switches operate from a single 3.3 V supply with an internally generated negative supply. The RF switches have a frequency range of 300 kHz - 8 GHz.
