1 W to 3 W DC/DC Converters and 0.5 A to 2 A Switching Regulators

XP Power ultra-miniature DC/DC modules are designed to address the core challenges of space and thermal efficiency in embedded and industrial systems. The portfolio includes eight product series: RBT05, RBT10, RBT20, PBT01F, PBT02F, SCT01F, SDT01F, and SFT03. These modules offer high efficiency, ITE safety approvals, short-circuit protection, and a wide operating temperature range in a compact design, allowing easy integration into industrial, instrumentation, and technology applications.

The SCT01F, SDT01F, and SFT03 series deliver 1 W to 3 W of unregulated output power from a compact SIP footprint. Designed for use in signal isolation, relay drives, and low-power subsystem separation, they support nominal inputs of 5 VDC, 12 VDC, and 24 VDC with up to 2 kVDC isolation. Output voltages include standard single and dual rails from 3.3 V_DC to ±15 V_DC. With operating temperatures ranging from -40°C to +100°C and EN/UL 62368-1 compliance, the series is well-suited for space-constrained applications that demand reliable electrical separation.

Supporting a complementary use case, the RBT series offers efficient, non-isolated switching regulators in SIP3 format, with output currents ranging from 0.5 A to 2 A and input voltages ranging from 4.75 V_DC to 36 V_DC. These modules directly replace 78xx-type linear regulators while dramatically improving thermal performance and power efficiency. For isolated conversion needs, the PBT series offers unregulated single and dual outputs in a compact SMD8/10 DIP package, isolation levels of up to 3 kV_DC, short-circuit protection, wide ambient operation, and high MTBF.
