Tripp Lite's line-interactive sine wave smart UPS safeguards servers and network storage devices by providing battery backup and AC power protection. This UPS is designed to provide unsurpassed protection by switching to battery mode in milliseconds, ensuring equipment is running long enough to save files and shut down safely with no data loss. The smart line-interactive UPS is well-suited for use in data centers, VoIP systems, and network closets when clean, continuous power is needed.

The line-interactive UPS provides protection for mission-critical equipment. The SmartPro UPS has a range of power factor and surge suppression ratings to fit users’ needs and protect equipment. It features NEMA outlets and various length power cords, delivering true scalability in a compact form factor and offering a high level of secure, uninterrupted power protection.

The internal batteries of the UPS are designed for hot-swap field replacement. The switch can be set to bypass to allow live UPS maintenance, eliminating power-related downtime and guaranteeing that power is never the weak link in high-availability systems. The UPS line-power efficiency rating saves money in energy costs, while the battery quickly supports both a half load and full load, saving time.

Two load banks with switchable outlets easily regulate and switch via outlets that can be controlled remotely to reboot equipment or shed nonessential loads.

This UPS system features automatic voltage regulation (AVR) for places with chronic voltage problems, where frequent switching to battery drains reserve power and cuts battery life. The UPS senses when the input voltage is out of bounds and corrects it without using the battery.

EMI/RFI line noise filtering works to eliminate electromagnetic and radio frequency interference that can disrupt or harm the equipment performance.

An intuitive, interactive, and rotatable front-panel LCD signals operating mode, load level, voltage, battery charge, and estimated runtimes. This multifunctional LCD user interface provides clear, immediate data on the UPS status. It provides an easy path to UPS setup for specific site or load requirements and direct access to UPS settings, controls, and measurements during the UPS operation.

Optional network cards can be installed to permit standalone network management via SNMP, web, SSH, or telnet. The network card has an Ethernet port and embedded interface, letting users access advanced monitoring, control, and notification features without directly connecting the UPS system to a computer. The network card also supports the connection of one or more optional sensors for remote temperature, humidity, and contact closure monitoring. Tripp Lite's smart line-interactive UPS are compatible with the WEBCARDLX Tripp Lite UPS management card.

The UPS system USB and serial ports enable data-saving unattended shutdown when used with Tripp Lite's PowerAlert software. This software is available via free download from www.tripplite.com/poweralert. There is an EPO port that supports emergency shutdown in large facilities.

Flexibility in how the unit can be set up makes installation as easy as possible. Hardware is included for four-post mounting in 2U of an EIA-standard 19 in. rack. The UPS system can be mounted on the wall or on a two-post rack with the optional 2POSTRMKITWM accessory and can be mounted in an upright tower position with the optional 2-9USTAND accessory.
