Quick-Turn LVDS, CMOS, and LVPECL Oscillators

Transko's LVDS, CMOS, or LVPECL oscillators are available in multiple package sizes including 2.0 mm x 2.5 mm, 3.2 mm x 2.5 mm, 5.0 mm x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 mm x 5.0 mm. The oscillators range from 10 MHz up to 1,500 MHz, offering an LVDS, CMOS, or LVPECL output, a supply voltage range of 2.5 V to 3.3 V, and ±25 ppm stability frequency versus a temperature operating range of -40°C to +85°C.

The oscillators have excellent RMS jitter (12 kHz to 20 MHz band) at <1.5 pS maximum and come with low current consumption of 45 mA (maximum) in the output. These devices are factory-built to any frequency between 10 MHz up to 1,500 MHz and programmed to meet line-down/shortage requirements.
