IFM10M Series: Flexield - Noise Suppression Sheet (Magnetic + Copper Layer)

TDK's IFM10M series noise suppression sheets consist of a magnetic layer and an ultra-thin copper-clad laminated layer enabling high magnetic permeability. The IFM10M sheets are 60% thinner than existing magnetic sheets and offer equivalent noise suppression performance over a broad frequency range of 500 kHz to 10 GHz. The copper layer is 1 µm thick resulting in the total thickness of the new Flexield product of just 0.04 mm.

The design of the ultra-thin copper-cladding is based on plating process technology developed by Achilles Corporation. Thanks to this technology, the IFM10M sheets maintain a low profile and no longer require a layer of double-sided tape, making the sheets ideal for height restrictive applications, such as smartphones, tablets, notebooks, and stylus pens.
