Automotive Ethernet MLVs

TDK's varistor products protect automotive ECUs and components from ESD without impeding high-speed communication between ECUs. Automotive Ethernet is the communication infrastructure of choice for today's vehicles since ECUs require high-speed, low-latency communication in advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous driving.

Thanks to TDK's multilayer technology, these products feature low capacitance, ensuring signal integrity at the high data rates of automotive Ethernet. Components are qualified to AEC-Q200 and feature operating temperature ranges of up to +125°C (B725 part numbers) and +150°C (AVRH part numbers) to support a wide range of automotive applications.
