STPSxxxxUFN Power Schottky Rectifiers in SMB Flat

STMicroelectronics' STPSxxxxUFN is a series of 1 mm power Schottky rectifiers from 2 A to 5 A with easy PCB assembly. The soldering processes have been particularly taken into account with the notched lead geometry of the SMB flat released by STMicroelectronics. Multiple SMD assembly processes are supported as well as automated visual inspection of solder joints. With this SMB flat footprint, compatibility with SMB and, therefore, procurement flexibility has been maintained. The range of Schottky diodes in SMB flat package reduces the thickness by half compared to the SMB package range. This brings compacity in lighting and adapter designs as well as industrial equipment with high power density constraints.

The encapsulated 3 A, 4 A, and 5 A Schottky diodes devices have voltages ranging from 40 V to 200 V and have specified avalanche characteristics. The 3 A to 100 V diode is also available in automotive-grade.
