The very low power BLE compliant SoC with 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M0+ core and a wide range of signal processing and communication peripherals enable even sophisticated solutions with multiple power supply options, including USB, battery, or any 1.7 VDC to 3.6 VDC source.

  • Integrated SoC, 32-bit core Arm Cortex-M0+ processor at 64 MHz, 256 KB Flash, 64 KB SRAM
  • Up to +8 dBm programmable output power (at antenna connector)
  • Excellent receiver sensitivity (-96 dBm at 1 Mbps, -103 dBm at 125 bps long range)
  • Very low power consumption: 3.4 mA RX at sensitivity level, and 4.3 mA TX at +0 dBm
  • Supports master, slave, and simultaneous master-and-slave roles
  • BLE data length extension, 2 Mbps, long-range and extended advertising and scanning
  • Arduino R3 connectors
  • Three user LEDs and two user buttons
  • MEMS environmental and motion sensors and digital microphone
  • Embedded CMSIS-DAP debugger and drag and drop programming support
