STMicroelectronics' 8H triacs have low leakage current for low standby losses

Based on ST’s technology, the 8H triacs can work at 800 V and +150°C without compromise, making them the right choice to run in very hot confined electronic environments for improved reliability of the system.

  • High noise immunity: 6 kV
  • Lowest leakage current at +150°C
  • High stability of leakage current at 800 V and +150°C
  • Reduced heatsink size
  • Run up to 400 VRMS including three-phase AC line application
  • No spurious turn-on even in high EMI environments
  • Low standby losses thanks to low leakage current
