Air Quality Monitoring Kit (Wi-Fi®)

Particle’s air quality monitoring kit (Wi-Fi) is designed to teach users how to investigate the air around them using IoT hardware and software. This kit includes everything needed to build a monitoring station, as well as tutorials and documentation.

This kit is built around the Argon Wi-Fi development board. Users learn how to provision Argon, build the device, and wire and deploy firmware over-the-air. When the air quality monitoring kit is up and running, users learn how to output measurement data on the included OLED and how to forward those same sensor readings to the device cloud.

The air quality kit includes a Particle Argon and three specialized sensors to measure temperature, humidity, barometric pressure, and particulates in the atmosphere. All wires needed to complete the project are included in the kit along with wires, an antenna, and a LiPo battery. Air quality monitoring kit (LTE), BRN402-AQKT, also available. The ARG-AQKT (Wi-Fi) is best used indoors, where Wi-Fi signals are the strongest.
