TAV2-14LN+ MMIC E-pHEMT
Mini-Circuits’ TAV2-14LN+ transistor has an operating frequency range from 0.05 GHz to 10.0 GHz
Mini-Circuits' TAV2-14LN+ MMIC (monolithic microwave integrated circuit) E-pHEMT (enhancement-mode pseudomorphic high-electron-mobility transistor) has an operating frequency range from 0.05 GHz to 10.0 GHz. The 50 Ohm transistor combines high gain with extremely low NF (noise figure), resulting in lower overall system noise. Low NF and IP3 performance make this component an ideal choice for sensitive receivers in communications systems. TAV2-14LN+ requires external biasing and matching. Mini-Circuits’ TAV2-14LN+ MMIC E-pHEMT is manufactured using highly repeatable E-pHEMT technology and is available in a compact 2 mm x 2 mm MCLP package.
