CA3509M4 Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) for Active Antenna Applications
CEL’s L-to-S band low noise amplifier ICs are designed for systems including SDARS and GPS
CEL's CA3509M4 is an L-to-S band low noise amplifier (LNA) IC. It is used in active antenna applications from 0.8 GHz to 6 GHz for systems including SDARS and GPS. CA3509M4 has a low noise figure (0.40 dB) and high associated gain (17 dB at 1.575 GHz). It includes a built-in ESD protection diode and an on-chip bias supply circuit to reduce variations in bias current.
