LTM4668 Quad DC/DC µModule® Regulator

Analog Devices' LTM4668 quad DC/DC step-down µModule regulator offers 1.2 A DC per output. Outputs can be paralleled in an array for up to 4.8 A capability. Operating over an input voltage range of 2.7 V to 17 V, the LTM4668 supports an output voltage range of 0.6 V to 1.8 V. Bulk input and output capacitors are needed. The device supports frequency synchronization, poly-phase operation, selectable burst-mode operation, 100% duty-cycle, and low I_Q operation. The high switching frequency and current-mode architecture enable an ultra-fast transient response to line and load changes without sacrificing stability.

Fault protection features include overvoltage, overcurrent, and overtemperature protection. The power module is offered in a space-saving and thermally enhanced 6.25 mm × 6.25 mm × 2.1 mm BGA package. The LTM4668 is available with RoHS-compliant terminal finish.
