This MMIC has 40 dB (typical) of LO to RF and LO to IF isolation and 20 dB (typical) of RF to IF isolation. Amplitude balance is at ±0.5 dB (typical). This mixer comes in a 24-LFCSP (4x4) package and has a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The HMC8191 is ideal for military, defense, and base stations applications.
