ADT7422 ±0.1°C Accurate Digital Temperature Sensor
Analog Devices' ADT7422 digital temperature sensor doesn't require any external circuitry for the operation
ADT7422 is ADI's first ±0.1°C accurate temperature sensor, that doesn't require any external circuitry for the operation. It can easily replace more complex and expensive solutions that use alternative sensor technologies such as thermistors or RTDs. In addition, high-precision silicon sensors (ICs) are preferred options for a range of emerging applications in the healthcare market such as vital signs monitoring instruments for clinical and home use.
Features
- ±0.1°C accuracy specification enables the end product to measure temperature with accuracy that was only possible for thermistors and RTDs
- Doesn't require external circuity: smaller, lower power, and lower cost than older sensing technologies
