These LEDs are available in four colors and enable both narrow and full spectrum solutions for greenhouses or vertical farms.

- Ceramic package for superior robustness
- Small 3.00 mm x 3.00 mm footprint that allows for clustering of devices
- Uses ams OSRAM’s latest chip technology
- Has 120° beam angle
- ESD: 8 kV acc. to ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 (HBM, Class 3B)
