LTM4691 DC/DC Power Supply | Datasheet Preview

Included in this tiny 3 millimeter by 4 millimeter by 1.18 millimeter LGA package are the power FETs, switching controller, inductors, and all supporting components; only the external voltage-setting resistors and the bulk input and output capacitors are required. With an input voltage range from 2.25 volts to 3.6 volts, this IC operates in forced continuous mode for low noise pulse-skipping mode or Burst Mode operation for high efficiency at lights loads. Other features include plus-or-minus 1.5 percent total output voltage regulation, current mode control for fast transient response, an internal soft-start, internal compensation, and more. Applications include telecom, networking, and industrial equipment, point-of-load regulation, and FPGA and ASIC core supplies.
